  • Apartment or villa entrance: share photos of both sides of the door, its edge and the existing lock. Door thickness, fitting space and opening direction affect the choice.
  • Office or shared entrance: explain who needs access and how you want to manage entry. Ask which features the exact model supports before choosing.
  • Glass door: check the glass, frame and fitting requirements. Explore the Sentinel G1 glass-door model with KOK; a black-glass finish on another lock does not mean it fits a glass door.

Will a smart lock fit my existing door?

Do all models support fingerprint, PIN, cards and an app?
